When placing your order, please be sure that your billing and contact information is at it appears on your credit card statement to avoid delays.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days (excluding holidays), custom merchandise and commissioned artworks may need longer. 

After your tracking number is received Zipporah Joe'l LLC is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen.
