Refund policy

Returns must be pre-approved by Zipporah Joe'l LLC and received within 14 days (of authorization of return). Return Authorization is required for ALL returns. Refunds are not issued. Zipporah Joe'l LLC must receive returned item before a store credit/exchange is issued. The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns unless waived in Return Authorization. There is a processing fee on returned items.

Commissioned and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for a return, store credit or exchange as they were made specifically for that customer.
